With the passenger plus app, flight crews are able to track flight delays and missed connections on a single dashboard, rebook flights for passengers while in transit, view passenger seat maps & special meal information, and view passenger connection and baggage information.
The Passenger+ app was designed and deployed by Apple & IBM across all Air Canada flights in 2015. Thorough user research and usability tests with Air Canada flight attendants at Toronto's Pearson International Airport empowered our team to present simple and elegant designs that combines intuitive customer experience with a cohesive, cross-platform product. Air Canada flight attendants love our app!
I also worked with Ashi Hoseini, SAS’s Manager of Mobile Solutions and her team to customize the Passenger+ design components as per requirements for Scandinavian Airlines. I owned the end to end design process, from conceptualization to implementation.
